I was a rmsn. Had many good times and served with a lot of great guys. I would love to hear from anyone that served on her during that time.
I really enjoy this site its well put together tks, one of the first items spoke
about was the lad who walked into the props. I had been on the ship
a week doing mess cooking. I did a split part as cvt and avt, enjoyed my
duty as a signalman. Had plenty of request to enlist to stay but, did not
fully understand how effcient this duty was comparared to fleet sailor.
Never could get back. has any one here been to any lex reunions ?
well when i get my pics out i want to share them maybe some good
