    I was in the company 039 from 07/75 to 10/75 at NATTC and I also remember the women's section. Will get some of the fotos on soon as I'm going thru some of my old stuff. I had the assignment of the last Rosie Med Cruise from Mayport and I had my last assignment from CecilFld in 09/79. I'm basically back in the area and kinda amazed of how much things have changed. I'm staying with some friends here on the Westside near NAS Jax and I could use some encouragement for employment. I have been a Marine Electrician and I have a Secret Clearance in place. Maybe someone could help out with a tip or two...

    The time I went through boot camp in Orlando, the women's side of it was known as RTC (W) Orlando. Was in company 3012, Oct 72-Dec 72. CC was DK1 Joan Johnson.

    Did my first tour at RTC Orlando as a recruit in the fall of 1975.  Returned 7 years later (6-82thru 6-85) as a Company Commander and pushed 6 recruit companies and 4 Apprenticeship Training Classes.  One of the best tours of my career.

    Just throwing this out there for everybody, there is also a Facebook group page for RTC Orlando. I will make the same type post on FB informing everybody of this group.. So far I havent been able to connect with anybody from my company, 134/June-July 1979. But I still enjoy the sea stories.

    Started my Naval Career there May,1984 till july 1984 company C150,under CPO Draper, and QM1 Day, our CC,s then went to seamen aprentance school there for a month

    i was there in boot camp in 1971 company 046 CC was engineman chief DeFee. i have looked and looked for guys from my company with no luck at all. but at least you were there the same year :o))
