  When I arrived in Orlando in Oct 1968 there were two barracks, a mess hall, a classroom bldg and a grinder. That was it. I was in Company #5. I marched with the drill team in the first graduating class of RTC Orlando. Seem so long ago!

  I sure do miss that place. Meet alot of great people. Exspecially when I had to drive the duty van at AT Land. I was the only one with a drivers license in their pocket when asked.

  I live in Orlando, still, and I heard that people could go when they were demoing the bldg and some of the workers actually cut some of the bricks with flags out for them. I don't know for sure. CC's kept the cloth ones as you know. I still have all of mine. Wife won't let me hang them up though; what a spoil sport. I think they would go great in the living room around the fireplace!
