    I see you were getting some more sea time on the cruise ship. LOL  I was only on 2 ships in my career and now I have been on 7 cruises

    so, it seems you were onboard willamette , just as i was getting close to my e.a.o.s.. i got out of the navy in nov. 91. i think that i would've retired, had i stayed in but i was getting tired of military life.

    so when exactly were you onboard willamette ? had you ever served on a ship before ? i served along side woman, but never on a ship. i bet willamette went through a lot of changes to accomodate her new crew. it must have been interesting ?

    i made 1 wespac and 1 rimpac during my stint from oct 83-jul 86, i was also aboard the night of the collision with the uss jason

    no, i was on the willamette way back in 86. i left her in july and if i remember correctly it was before she became co-ed
