Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I was transferred before the XO was killed. Cdr Carmin Tortora was XO when I was aboard her. Do you remember FTCM (SS) Dick Fiske? I believe he is a member of this group. He might be able to help you. Again, sorry for the delay in replying to your message. I don't go on this board much, even though the founder is the son of one of my shipmates from a boat that we were on in the early 1960's.
