hey tim, got your email sounds like we have something in common the va,my claim is with review board and has been there awhile.they know the ship i was on and where she went on different op's.they also know she was built with asbestos and water was processed off the coast of nam for ships drinking ,cooking, and bathing.i've sent them a letter from a senator stating the bill that covers vets being exposed to agent orange and asbestos.i am on oxygen 24/7 and have been put on 100%disability by social security.this started bout 13-14 yrs after i was honoarably discharged.i knew nothing about asbestos or anything till my vet rep told me about it.i have received a disability benefits hand book from va and that is all.if you anymore info send it will use anthing i can to wake em up!!! stephen gibson usn retired.
