Hi Don, you mentioned that you were in the main area. I was wondering if you meant the main barracks? I was stationed at San Miguel from January 1966 to July 1969, 2½ years. Worked in A section of Relay the entire time. I bunked in the Quonset huts. I saw your name on the post of Jerald Terwilliger. I was there at the same time as he was, and we used to go to the Crossroads for the San Miguel beer. I only made RM3 in two enlistments because I didn't want to extend any more time in the Navy. -Frederick Smith-
Don, We must have shared a movie, a jeepnee, etc. since I was there about the same time. Had a house down the street from M&M Cool Spot in San Antonio. The house across the street, were the owner of the Sampagita (sp) her ladies and George made their home!
