IMs often were referred to as "Precision Instrument…"

Thanks for the welcome. I will add my photo shortly. I was stationed in NAS Pensacola, Port Services Jan 1970 - 1971, then the USS Wainwright DLG 28 until Oct 1973. As with many I made good friends along the way but lost touch. I will check back often as I figure this site out.
