Our "supreme court ruled that now any one can claim that they have all kinds of service medels even if they have never been in the military.
They can claim to be recipients of Purple Hearts, Bronz Star Silver Star or even Congressional medal of honor. The court ruled that we can not do a thing about it.
I guarentee if I approached one making such a small claim I could be arrested.
The "supreme court" today has ruled in favor of the final act to declare this country under comunist, socialist, marxist rule.
Inspite of the majority of the country opinionating against Comunist socialized medicine, the :Supreme Court" ruled in favor of desolving separation of powers and ruled that the executive branch can declare both federal and state law under the command of one person. This is of course the same court that declared God and Biblical teaching null and void. They ruled it legal to murder not only unborn babies but also babies that are "partially" born can be destroyed.
We as a country lack only one more term of our Comunist presedent to complete the federalization of all law inforcement. This will put the "United States one step in advance of the Soviat Union in inforcing communist rule over all it's subjects.
We are now indeed officially under total communist rule. Get used to it!
I was asked about the exemption of veterans, with regard to the death pannel part of the law. I am sorry to report that no veteran will be exempt. Yes we faught for a country that then promoted freedom for all citizens. We now have no freedom from our new found comunist regeem. Most all citizens are now subject to the new rule of law. Yes there will be come exempt but it will not be veterans. The death pannels will start with the WW2 vets first but you can bet that the others will follow soon. Yes imphatically, written in the Obama "health care" law, there is the establishment of an organized "death pannel". This court ruling has set a presedent for for a new establishment clause to eliminate the three branches of government, as we have known it in the past. We now have one federal head who can now change law at will. There are now no soveren states in this North American continant. All states are now under the rule of a single Federal Head.
The pace will be stepped up now for range controll in this country to bring down the population to a managable level. The absolute controll will be exelerated from this day forward.

As I mentioned before, I am new on the site and slow learner but I have already met friends and shipmates that have proved to be truly still patriots in a time when patriotism seems to be frowned upon by some. I don't know of any former military that are of that opinion but you all are as well aware of the anti American reteric bantered about of late. As I have mentioned in my book, We might be old but we would still be a terror to any who would attempt to over through this great nation, foreigh or domestic.
I agree I won't be holding my breath. At this writing they are dunning us for about a million bucks for storage. If we are successfull in aquiring the J.R. it will cost us. I am still hoping though.
