yes it is true ...in my issues of DAV magazine Nov/Dec 2009. question to an Oregon Senator by a DAV member from his state. I heard that VA Administrators get bonuses? ans: from senator YES! for saving the VA money...just like AIG, B of A, MERRIL LYNCH ....well i wonder where they get mony to save from, HUMMMM. could it be by short changing the vets? Oh yes!,YES YES YES! truth folks my DAV guys do not prevaricate the truth.
