From what I heard there will be a March on D.C. Coming April of excess over a Million Veterans there intent is removal of Obama & his Entire Cabinet and Administration along with Holder . north Carolina

Oh, I see now the conversation turns to respect. I love it. However how about showing respect for President Obama and our government for starters. I for one served 4 years in the Marine Corps and I served 18 years in the Navy so I know that I am a veteran and I know about the oath I took when I enlisted and when I reenlisted and I observe it to the letter. there is nobody here that loves the constitution more than I and I do not want to see you drape yourself with the flag in deceit, the flag that I love therefore do not hide behind the constitution when you call for sedition and act like a traitor. I am not calling names except I call it for what I see it. President Obama is a great President so stop disrespecting him, stop slandering him, and stop calling for his death. When you call for demonstration in washington D.C. for the express purpose of removing him you are (1) calling for his removal by any means necessary and that includes shooting him. Stop the nonsense. As for removing this conversation, I welcome it. Freedom of speech is fine but when alleged veterans here are inciting to riot, calling for the removal of the president (a duly elected president) and in its course overthrowing the government you are threading sedition and treason therefore it is not a form of protected speech. What I am saying is not disrespectful for I am defending the constitution and the president by standing up to those treacherous words-hateful, violent words. I did no serve my country and I did not serve in Vietnam to come home and listen to such hateful unpatriotic language. So who is disrespectful here? It is disrespectful to me that I would see such treasonous writings for not all veterans want to overthrow this government and not all veterans want to kill President Obama.

We all here raised our right hands and "vowed" to not only defend and protect the Consitution, but if need be, die for it! Many of our brothers did in fact make that sacrifice! There are plenty of reasons for any of us as citizens (especially vets that raised that hand) to question, acuse and make any comment they/we wish about our government and the pols! That is exactly what that Constitution is all about. It also protects the opposing opinion and views! However, the one thing that seems to get lost sometimes in the exchange is "respect"! But, that generally means the disrespecting side of the intercourse has lost the arguement! And ...as a result, lost respect!
I'd encourage everyone here to stop the name calling. All of our members are Veterans and deserve respect from one another. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but it's not a forum to call one another names. If you can't be respectful of one another, I will be forced to remove the conversation and I don't want to do that. I believe in freedom of speech, the freedom to vent, the freedom to debate... and the freedom to passionately disagree with a vent. But disrespect to each another opposes everything this site was built upon. Please stop it.
I do not mind racist anti government comments... its par for the course for liars they walk in groups. Everything said in these posting about our President are lies, have no merit, no foundation except the comments are founded on racism and a hate for the government. I certainly would love to join those veterans with their Million Veterans' March come this April,but due to my Service-connected COPD caused by breathing ASBESTOS for over SIX YEARS of sea duty,I don't have the STAMINA to walk any more,with any kind of sustained exercise;I would have to sit down and rest every few seconds,and just couldn't keep up with them,but If they pull this off,I will be there in my mind, with all of them.
