Looking for my navy keel book

My name is Michael Elliott I was in navy in Great Lakes .I'm looking for my navy keel book 1962 company 216 .From boot camp I went to Millington / Memphis tn. I had a 3 year hitch from may 1962 to May 1965- Land sailor I know somebody had to do it .I have searched the internet on & off for a few years now trying to locate my keel book with no luck.
