In need of help

Ahoy all shipmates...

I need some help I dont know if this will be a long shot but here goes.

I went to NTC San Diego my company was 82-109 my Anchor Graduation Book was lost in a fire about 5 years ago and I have been searching ever since for another. If any shipmates can help I would be forever in debt to them I have Grandchildren that I wanted to give it to.
