In memory of AKC(AW) Lowanda Cook-Upshaw Newville, Retired, who passed from this life at 4:40 am Sunday morning, 2/13/11. She leaves behind a son, Joshua, and former husband and close friend, Gary Newville. Lo, you were a classy lady, an outstanding Chief Petty Officer, and a loyal friend, and it was our honor to have worked with you and known you. You touched more lives than you would ever know. You will be missed, but we will see you again! Fair Winds and Following Seas in His Mighty Hands.
