"I was stationed at NAS Moffett Field attached to COMPATWINGSPAC from Jan 1976 to Feb 1978. I worked in the ASCOMM/TSC area of the NTCC.....worked with some great people during that time......great duty station"

"Stationed there 76-79, was in AIMD T56 engine build up shop, met a lot of great people, Moffett was choice duty then and couldn't agree more, after my tour transfered out to HC-1 but came back in 83 to VP-19, great squadron, Lots of great times…"

"My father was stationed on the DD155 USS Cole assissting at the USS Akron dirigible crash site, he recovered Admiral Moffett's sleeping bag. The last I heard it was in the attic at my grand parents house in Pennsylvania, that was several years…"

"Station at  Nas Supply Department Aug 87-Jan 90.(AK3)   Loved Moffett and all the people I met there.  I feel it was probably my best duty station.  I love the P3 community-- really felt like family, I miss those days."
