GOOD DAY WILLIAM KRIEGER,

I AM RON BOHMAN A CS3 COOK AND BAKER ON THE USS PROTEUS  AS 19 FROM JAN. 69-FEB. 70. I HAD NIGHT COOK DUTY A FEW TIMES, BUT A FRIEND OF MIND HAD IT EVERY NIGHT. HE WAS ON THE PROTEUS FROM  "A" IN  SAN DIEGO, IN DEC. 1966. YOU CAN FIND HIS NAME IN CREW LIST. HIS NAME IS CS5 RANDY OLSON. HE WAS ON THE PROTEUS FROM 66-70. DO YOU HAVE ANY PICTUES OF THE GALLEY? WE HAD ONE COOK HOW WOULD FISH OUT OF THE BUTCHERS PORT HOLE, NEXT TO THE MAIN CHOW LINE.

DID YOU KNOW ABLE THE CHRISTIAN SERVICEMEN'S CENTER IN AGANA? WHERE WAS THE USO BEACH AND THE BEACH NEAR THE SHIP WE WENT TO. I DIDN'T DO ANY SCUBA DIVING BUT DID ALOT OF SWIMMING AND FOUND SOME CAVES AT LOW TIDE.

DO YOU REMEMBER WHEN I THINK IT WAS A TAK OR SUPPLY SHIP WAS ALONG SIDE AND WE WOULD PUT STORES IN THE FOOD LOCKERS,

DID YOU GO TO  "A" OR  "B" SCHOOL IN SAN DIEGO?

THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR SERVICE, RON
