Dealing With Depression and Stress

I know first hand the effects of depression. It has been a part of life since the fourth grade. As a pastor, I will listen and be a your friend to lean on. You are not alone.

This is great! Hi Gary I haven't been over here in a long time. I was one of the first to sign on and & Doug was kind enough to let me. So you were on the USS Allagash in Newport RI 1968 & 1969. That included the years my husband served there. That is also the year I did the Christmas scene painting in Dec '68 for the men on the USS Allagash and others docked at the pier. Do you remember seeing it? Did you happen to take any pictures of it. I only have been able to find one. Not sure if I ever posted it. I will have to go find out. This format is so much different now..take care & God Bless..Rebecca
