"The Big Stick" USS Iowa freed from 10 years in the Suisun Bay Mothball Fleet! The US Navy has awarded BB-61 to the Pacific Battleship Center, in southern California!! SAVED!!   • Now that the last of the four Iowa's has found a home, we'll be able to stop further exterior damage, and repair what has happened so far. It is a major effort, requiring thousands of volunteer hours, and a lot of money. Robert Kent has led the effort thru many, many roadblocks, and never gave-up the battle to make this happen.
