The LSE in the yellow shirt (not me) is one of the jobs I had during flight quarters. Sometimes the Flight deck officer would go to pri fly tower and give me his radio and I would go to the catwalks and fill in for him signalling the on deck LSE to launch helos at the Air officers call.
