I was stationed at the Officer's Quarters from Oct. 75 until April 76 and then ended up in Special Services working in the Auto, Ceramic, Wood Shop and finally Day Care.  I married a boomer from the Roosevelt Blue Crew and had our oldest daughter in Sept. 77.  We finally left in Nov 75 to go to Subbase, Groton, CT where I was a Barracks Manager and Billeting PO until I left in Nov 79.

I was stationed at Subase from Oct. 1978 - Oct. 1980. Spent about 6 months in the Rubber and Plastics Shop and the remainder in the Outside Electrical Shop. Great duty and great shipmates.

Stationed at SUBASE Pearl various times in my career.  75-77 as MM1/MMC in R-9/Outside Machinery.  82-84 R3-R4/Electrical/Electronics Div O.  89-93 as R2-R9/Inside/Outside Machinery Div O , R7/Planning Officer, and Repair Department Asst Production Officer APMA.  Also rode a few submarines out of Pearl and staff duty at COMSUBPAC and PHNSY&IMF.  Loved the "Old" SUBASE!

I was at Subase Pearl 77-81 at the Steam Torpedo Shop. Across from Beaman's. Went deep sea fishing on the special services boat ( Mokinnani ). Great duty even better crew members. Went to Torpedo Tube school on Ford Island in order to preform tube inspections for the fleets Sub's.

My last duty station.  I was attached to the Small Craft Division of Sub Base Pearl.  I was a chief engineer on several of the Torpedo Retrievers there and in charge of the engine overhaul shop for them as well as the special services fishing boat we all could rent and go out on for a day of great fishing.  It was a great duty station and have alot a great memories there.  Was stationed there 1985-1987, would love to hear from anyone who was also stationed there, even before or after I was.
