I was on the Uss Shenandoah AD 26 from 71 to 73 . I was in R div. ship company then pipe shop. Went to c school then weld shop till I was transferred to another ship.

i was on the Shenandoah AD26 from 73-74 then iceland 74-75 then the Puget Sound AD38 from 75-76

was onboard in 1974 to 1979. came onboars as a ML2, and left as a MLC.  meds. and a lot of trips up and down the east coast. great ship. got off 2 months before she was put out.went to teach ML school in San Diego

i came from the uss cascade ad-16 coming back from a med ctuise and got stationed on the shenandoah from 66-68 as a 2nd class boiler tech going back to the med

Hello ... I was stationed on the Shenandoah from Apr 1973 through Jun 1973.  I recall seeking to stay on board to be able to participate in the full Med Cruise, but was transferred early and did not get to go on any part of it.  I worked in R-2 Division and really enjoyed working on repairing the Tin Cans that came in.
