I was aboard Lynde from 1979 to 1981 I was a MM3 then A=Gang. We had a great C.O. Commander James Fontana we called him "Big Jim". Loved being a 8-Ball had great times onboard. A-Gang Cajun-Jack, Hob Knob, Wimpy, Sal all great Shipmates. Link is a pic of me when we left San Fran. with Alcatraz going by. We had to man the rails going out. I'm I'm my Zumwalt suit and beard back then. Good Times.Me%20on%20DDG-8%20Passing%20Alcatraz%20Leaving%20San%20Fran%20%284%...
