Steven, If you are referirng to VA Claims, MY Claim is over 5 1/2 Years and still waiting for my 100% disability

I just got a letter from VA Oakland telling me that there is another delay

VA FRESNO CA, THE PENSION EXAM DOCTOR LIED AND FALSIFIED MY MEDICAL RECORD, when I complained to VA in Oakland they did nothing and social security denied me my disability because of the report from this Pension Exam Doctor which I have slammed in all 50 States now 15 times over including Gaum

I don't know for sure.  The first thing to do is fill out the application.  Once you are enrolled in the prorgram, the medical staff that is assigned to you will answer all of your questions.
