want to make 2 piece pattern

I plan to use sheet wax for core where fiberglass will go not metal.I will make fiberglass.This bag will be insulated to keep drinks cold for an old salt.
It needs to be 3 sides box like with one side where can be unbolted to slide out finished insulated fiberglass box.
