TALOS/TATTE FT "C" School, NTC, Mare Island, CA

I went to TALOS (TATTE) "C" School at Mare Island during the fall of 1968. Graduated in December 1968. There were four in my class.  

From there I went to Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, CA. One of my classmates went to White Sands, NM; the other 2 went to ships. I was also at Mare Island Naval Shipyard with the USS Long Beach, CGN-9 in 1971-72.

Sure would like to find some of my classmates. Great memories. Some sad ones, too.

    When I was in DS "A" school in 71 the Long Beach CGN9 was at Mare Island for repairs. I remember training on the UDT Univac Digital trainers an whenever the Long Beach would turn on their big square radar it would wipe out the trainer's memories. I was on AD15 and we would pick up weapons in Seal Beach.
