The USN changed my life! What ever I have accomplished in my life had its genesis at San Diego NTC. I shall be forever grateful. What our nation needs is another draft. Every breathing citizen 18 and over owes
two years AT LEAST to the military or social services. Each one demanding the same kind of military type
