Specialist Marvin Phillips, 20, of the U.S. Army, went M.I.A. Sept 26, 1966 In Vietnam when his helo was shot down . His remains were recently discovered and he received a heros funeral with full military honors in Palmer, Tn. beside his mom and pop , 45 years to the day after he went missing.
