Binder and Binder is the worst. I am a former Caseworker, who left because of the scams at the Philadelphia office. The worst place to to do business with. If you think your medical records are private, think again.

I have been with Binder for 5 years & have waded through appeal after appeal.I recently received notice from SSI that the latest appeal has not been upheld along with a "guide" on how to file a civil suit.I call Binder & am told by 2 sarcastic workers that my case had been dropped.I still havent received official notice from Binder.I had no idea of the investigation of Binder but given the turnover of caseworkers,I should have known something wasnt right. The line "Well take care of the government....You have enough to worry about."is an understatement. If I had no case for disability & it takes them over 5 years & a number of appeals to determine that then I certainly hope it doesnt take the IRS as long to determine that the Binders owe them withheld income.

The philadelphia office is the worst. So unprofessional, I was there from 2010- 2011. Yes they hold information, yes the office manager and supervisor at the time would laugh at clients' ailments. Some Caseworker would laugh when clients were denied. Clients' are just cattle to Binder and Binder, 200+ clients assigned to one caseworker. If I could name names I would, but the two Harlots know who they are.

I am currently waiting for a hearing date. I have Binder and Binder as my attorney. I am feeling uncomfortable. I have done as they have asked about getting all the information. But they do not seem to be working very hard on my case. This has been going on for over a year.
Thank you for your time

I am a current client of BINDER AND BINDER and they are the worst.
I have had them for 4 years and still fighting Social Security. In the time I had them, I have had my Case workers change about 13 times...IS IT ANY WONDER WHY THEY NO LONGER WORK THERE?

One Case worker told me that BINDER AND BINDER GETS PAID BY SOCIAL SECURITY, EVEN IF I LOOSE...That tells me that Binder and Binder is on the Payroll of Social Security
I AM 100% DISABLED VETERAN, MY MEDICAL RECORDS ARE OVER 4,000 PAGES.. And Binder and Binder hardly ever calls me...Matter of fact they don't. I have to call them to see what's happening
I have Crappy Binder and Binder Lawyers and if anyone uses them, they are as nuts as I was to call them

I'm having the same issue myself with Binder&Binder and it has been 10 years with nothing to show for it. How can I dismiss them when I obviously will owe them a great deal of money if I do ??

I am currently a "client" of Binder & Binder. Had I done my homework prior to this point I would not be in this situation. I have all the same complaints as others with one exception, I called the office to check on my case (because every time I called it was is initial applications and reconsideration) After speaking with Debbie at great length I was assured it was "active and on going". Debbie and I discussed the records that were still needed. I went an collected all the records and mailed them back to them. In Sept. I went to the social security office to obtain a new ss card, and speaking with the lady at the ss office I was informed my case was closed! I called Binder and Binder and told them I wanted to "fire" them as my attorneys. It has been a horrible process. Today I filed a complaint with the BBB. They are the sweat shops of attorneys
