    For those of you attending, & haven't yet done so, please send Todd a check for Saturday Night's dinner. He will need to get this paid for pretty soon.

    Very much looking forward to this June. Jim Seele & myself are looking to round out a foursome, if anyone's interested. We have no 'for sure plans' yet, but will probably try to go out early Friday morning. We played a course in Summerville last time that was really nice!

    Sorry this took so long but we finally have a hotel for our Reunion. It is the Radisson Hotel Charleston Airport. We have a discounted rate of $80 per night. They will also be providing a free hospitality suite for our use starting on Thursday, I will stock this room with beer and softdrinks as well as snacks on Friday, so make sure you stop in and see me. Please call the hotel directly to make your reservations and be sure to mention that you are apart of the Jesse L. Brown group. This will ensure us not incurring banquet room costs. There will be a dinner at the hotel on Saturday evening, this will cost $35 per person. This dinner cost should be spot on but if there are any left over funds we can discuss dispersement at our meeting Saturday morning. Please make your che cks payable to Todd Masus ( and in the memo please put JLB Reunion) My address is 1175 Kinne Circle, Batavia, IL 60510 phone number is 630-406-0825. I decided to make it direct to me vs. setting up a separate account, to make it easier for the next reunion coordinator. I'm sure that I'm forgetting something but I guess that's all for now.

    Todd, I am for sure attending. I've managed to locate 3 more 'new' shipmates who seem very eager to attend. Jim Seele has located a few as well. This site was a little hard to find. I kept looking on the JLB homepage for reunion news, and saw nothing. Do you think we should email, or U.S. mail something informing all of last year's attendees about 2010? I would hate for some of the guys to not know about the next one. We need to keep making this thing bigger & better than the last one!

    P.S. Can someone put this up on the Website, VFW, Am. Legion, Military.com etc... Also, don't forget to tell all our shipmates, lets make this an awesome event.
