I was station at NH Camp Lejeune from 1983 to 1986. I was there when we moved into the new hosptial in Jan 1983. One of my jobs was making sure the plants in the atrium did not freeze when I worked in Public Works!! Worked in the old aluminum hanger - way before the PW building was built. Also worked Surgerical Directarate with CAPT Welch and Patient Adinistration. I was the COD on 23 October 1983 with terrorist blew up the Beruit Barracks.
